I’m Andrew Ledford

I was born, raised, worked, managed businesses, and owned my business in Southern California over the span of my lifetime.

I enjoy the art of all architecture.
I have had the privilege to work in some of the most prestigious homes in Southern California. From the Western Whitehouse in San Clemente, to very exclusive houses in Orange County, to some of the most spectacular houses on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, I have been blessed to see some of the finest houses in Southern California.

I have also had several public access TV shows. One of these shows was about local history and travel. I’m now offering my local insight to tell the story that will sell your house. From an 1800s farmhouse to an early 1900s bungalow to a 20,000 sq foot custom built mansion, I can sell the story behind the house.

As you may be able to tell, I have a particular fondness for historical houses, unique houses, and art houses.
